HomeGuard General Features

1.	HomeGuard is a precision termite management system for the termite proofing of buildings under construction.
2.	HomeGuard is a physical and chemical termite barrier system. It relies upon the action of Biflex termiticide to repel, kill and block termites to prevent undetected concealed entry by termites into a building.
3.	In addition to being a termite barrier, HomeGuard products can also offer the builder damp course proofing in the one installation.
4.	HomeGuard complies with the requirements of both Australian Standard AS3660.1-2000 Termite Management Part 1: New Building work and Australian New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 2904:1995 Damp-proof courses and flashings.

5.	HomeGuard is registered with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority and is CodeMark Certified for use as a barrier system for termite proofing of buildings under construction.
6.	CodeMark Certification confirms compliance that HomeGuard products will provide effective termite management for the design life of the building of not less than 50 years.
7.	Post-Certification, confirmation of FMC’s Million Dollar Warranty will provide peace of mind for the homeowner.
